Layne D. Paul is our on-site LVI Master Ceramic Technician. Our dental restorations are not mailed out of town. He builds your crown and bridge restorations right here in a state-of-the-art lab. This provides our patients with an excellent shade match on their ceramic restorations. He takes custom shades and digital photos to record the before and after photos of your new teeth.

He is a Certified LVI Master Esthetic Technician graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. At these classes, he received more training on cosmetic dentistry.

He took his original training at Archibald Assoc. in Orem, Utah. There he was trained by John Archibald, who is one of the nation’s top Dental Technicians.

He has been working side by side with Dr. Wezeman since July 1988, making all-ceramic crowns and veneers, implants and regular porcelain and gold crowns.

Layne and his wife, Vicki, moved from Utah to beautiful Whidbey Island. Since then, they have made a great team working together in the lab. They have a daughter and twin boys who enjoy camping, crabbing and fishing with their parents.

Layne actively participates in the youth program in his church and Boy Scouts.
