Meet the Team
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Office Manager
Darlene – Darlene has been in the dental field for 25 years, as of November 2009, all of which with Dr. Wezeman. She loves the environment at the office because everyone is so warm and friendly. The standard of care is high and the staff is always excited and committed to the patients. She moved to Oak Harbor 25 years ago and loves living on our beautiful island.
Scheduling Coordinator
Tammy – Tammy has been in the dental field for 11 years, the last 7 years with Dr. Wezeman. She loves working in our office because it is “so professional yet fun.” Tammy moved to Whidbey Island from Sedro Woolley 14 years ago, and loves living on the island. She loves to scrapbook, bead, go camping, skiing, and spend time with her family and friends.

Hygienists
Nancy – Nancy has been in the dental field for over 33 years, the last 18 years with Dr. Wezeman. She truly enjoys her profession and helping people keep their teeth healthy for a lifetime. She takes great pride in her work and continues her education in order to stay current with the newest scientific findings in the dental health field.
Jamesa - Jamesa has been a registered Dental Hygienist for 18 years, 9 of those with Dr. Wezeman.
Registered Dental Assistants
Carrie – Carrie Started her dental career in 1982 and has been working with Dr. Wezeman since 1992. Carrie went to school in Oak Harbor, and loves living on the Island. In her free time she can be found golfing.
Kerri – Kerri has been in the dental field for over 13 years, 7 of those years with Dr. Wezeman and she loves assisting just as much today as the day she first started. Kerri and her family moved to Oak Harbor in 1993 and in her free time loves going to watch the Oak Harbor Youth and High School Cheerleaders and Football teams. GO CATS!
John – John started his dental career in 1990 during his training in the U.S. Navy where he was trained in medical, Dental Assisting, and some Dental Lab work. He is a certified lab technician. John has been with Dr. Wezeman for over 8 years and in his free time enjoys fishing for salmon and paintballing.
Jenna – Jenna has been in the dental field for 5 years, all of which with Dr. Wezeman, and loves being in the Dental field. Born and raised in Oak Harbor, she enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and camping.
Hygiene Assistants
Amy - Amy moved to Oak Harbor in 1988 when her husband joined the Navy. She started working for Dr. Wezeman shortly after then as a Dental Assistant. Amy left the office when her daughter Hannah was born so that she could devote her time to her family. Now that Hannah is in elementary school, Amy rejoined our staff in summer 2008 and is working part time as hygiene assistant. When not at the office she can be found working on projects around her house, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Jessi - Jessi started working for Dr. Wezeman as a front desk worker 5 years ago. She enjoyed interacting with the patients so much she was trained to become the Hygienist's Assistant. Jessi loves the dental field and is planning on going to school to be a Dental Hygienist. Born and raised on Whidbey Island, she enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends, and going out on the family boat.
