Financial Policy

We Believe:

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's medical and psychological well-being.  Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining these important services.  Payment for services should be as streamlined and simple as possible.

 

Our Financial Policy:

Payment is requested at the time of service.  We accept the following:

☺Cash

☺Credit cards (American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard)

☺Personal checks

☺Line of credit (set up through CareCredit or Chase Health Advance)

 

Instant Approval Line of Credit:

We are  pleased to offer the opportunity to obtain a personal line of credit that can be used for any dental products or services with no restrictions. In a matter of minutes our finance office manager can set up an instant line of credit for you and your family.  There are no complicated forms to fill out.  Based upon credit-worthiness, credit lines are quickly approved for amounts anywhere from $300 to $20,000. We work with CareCredit and Chase Health Advance which offers short-term interest free programs to extended (60 months) programs with affordable monthly payments

 

Insurance Benefits:

We understand the value of insurance benefits and we will assist you in obtaining your maximum allowance.  If your insurance company sends the check to you, we ask that you pay in full at the time of your visit.  We will then file your claim electronically directing your carrier to send reimbursement to you (usually within 1 to 3 weeks).  If your insurance company reimburses us directly, we will ask that you pay your estimated co-pay at each visit.  Any balance owing after receipt from insurance will be billed to you.  In order to prevent misunderstandings, we ask you to familiarize yourself with your plan so you know your coverage, limitations and yearly maximum.  We cannot assume responsibility for insurance reimbursement.

We will do our best to keep all financial conversations and activities private. You will always be given the respect of having all services explained to you and an estimate given to you in writing.  Services will never be performed until you clearly understand the financial aspect of treatment.
